UK Orders
UK Postage and Packing is calculated depending on size and weight of the item(s). P&P starts at £2.70 and I use Royal Mail. You can choose 1st Class shipping or Tracked 48. Please ensure you quote correct address details at the time of ordering otherwise your item may be returned by Royal Mail. FREE Tracked 48 shipping is offered for UK orders totalling £50 or more. Please note that Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver within 2 working days, it doesn’t mean I will despatch your order within 2 days, please see homepage for my current order turnaround time.

Overseas Orders
Overseas orders are accepted and are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked Again cost is dependent on size and weight of the item. Postage and packing starts at £11.50 for overseas cross stitch orders. If postage does come out lower than expected then I will refund you the difference. Please note if you are ordering from overseas I am not responsible for any additional taxes or customs charges imposed by your country when your order arrives
Dispatch Times
I endeavour to have your order out to you as quickly as possible. I aim to dispatch cross stitch kits/charts within 2 working days of receiving cleared payment. Very occassionally there may be a delay with sampler kit materials however if this is the case I will always email you to let you know and give you an estimated despatch date.
Please note that overseas orders take longer to be delivered. Overseas delivery times are 7-28 working days with an AVERAGE of 14 working days but it really does depend on the country. (Working days are Mon-Fri excluding public holidays) Sometimes it can take longer than the average depending on your country's individual postal service and customs procedures. Overseas orders are not considered lost by the Royal Mail until 28 working days have passed.
Please bear in mind that I am a small one woman business. The majority of the time I am well within my order turnaround times however sometimes best laid plans don't go to plan and a delay can occur. I will contact you if there will be a delay with your order.
